Information you give us
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city, district, and the pieces you order. Your email, postal code and delivery notes are optional. We use these details to process your order, arrange delivery, respond to questions and send order updates where an email address is supplied.
Delivery and order communication
Delivery information may be shared with the people arranging and carrying out your delivery. Email services process order messages on our behalf. We do not collect payment card details: the checkout uses cash on delivery.
Your bag and tracking link
Your browser stores your shopping bag on this device so it is available when you return. A checkout reference helps prevent duplicate orders if a request is retried. Your order has a private tracking link; anyone you share it with can see the order and delivery details. Keep it somewhere private.
Links to other services
WhatsApp, Facebook and Google Maps open their own services. Information you share there is also handled under those services’ privacy policies. This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
